Bjoern Maul is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Global Industrial Market practice based in Korn Ferry’s Zurich office. He is globally in charge of handling major accounts and serves industry clients by offering the complete business portfolio.
Bjoern has assisted his clients globally in driving corporate transformation and change programs and well as implementing and improving commercial and operational excellence. He brings the best of Korn Ferry to unlock our client’s full potential based on deep industry, functional, advisory and change expertise.
His career has seen him gaining a combination of over 30 years of consulting and industry experience in central functions and business operations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Bjoern worked as a Partner at Oliver Wyman and Roland Berger, serving clients in the aviation, transport, and logistics sector. He also worked in senior management positions at SWISS International Air Lines and Lufthansa German Airlines.
Having lived, worked, and supported clients in more than 20 countries on 5 continents, Bjoern brings a very global approach to our business.
Bjoern graduated in Business Administration and holds a Diploma from Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English and Spanish.
