Senior Consultant

Blake designs and delivers experiential seminars in the “soft skills that are hard to do', emphasizing the necessary competencies for individuals and teams to produce excellent results in fast-paced environments.

Her passion is to help people become more culturally agile, avoid miscommunicating, and strengthen inclusion in the global workplace.

As a US Peace Corps Volunteer in her mid-forties, she learned how Americans are generally viewed worldwide. She changed her delivery style to accommodate different cultural perspectives and learning styles so the students could thrive using the skills being taught, whether face-to-face or on virtual platforms.

Blake was the first non-IBM woman to be invited to teach leadership skills in their offices in the Pacific Rim from Beijing to Wellington, NZ. She is skilled at custom designing a standard course to exceed the client’s expectations.

Training coaches and trainers to excel has been another highlight of her career of over 20+ years working with Strategy Execution and now Korn Ferry.

She has successfully taught and facilitated in Fortune 100 companies in 42 countries and in government agencies.

Blake holds a MA in Education and Counselling.
