He has chaired discussions with employees, employee representatives (unions, works council), HR departments, all sorts of HR providers, management and board members.

He has successfully led multi discipline multi country consulting teams in sales, client relationship management and thought leadership. He has also been responsible for people management of a team of global consultants.

Bouke holds a master degree of business administration majoring in innovation from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. 

Bouke is also a certified pension advisor in the Netherlands and has participated in a post graduate education for international compensation & benefits.
