Leveraging over 25 years of combined corporate and consulting experience, Brian is integral in shaping Korn Ferry’s point of view and advisory solutions relating to skills-activated talent and rewards programs. He is passionate about the role skills play in building sustainable futures for businesses and their people. He thrives on working with organizations that understand that synchronizing strategy, operations, and talent accelerates growth.
As a corporate HR leader within a Fortune 100 company, he directed a full-scale overhaul of their job architecture, career frameworks, and rewards programs in conjunction with a Workday implementation.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brian most recently led the skills solution portfolio for a global consulting firm requiring him to work with clients across the globe on their skills transformation journeys. His areas of focus included skill frameworks and taxonomies, skill measurement, HR digital strategy and vendor platforms, talent marketplace, pay for skills, and skills-enabled talent processes.
Brian’s work on AI, skills, workforce transformation, and rewards has been featured in global and national conferences, podcasts, webcasts, and publications including Workhuman, WorldatWork, Data Driven HR Monthly, Conference Board, PERYON, LinkedIn Audio, and LinkedIn Live.
Brian holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Evansville.
