Bridget brings fifteen years of retail expertise to Korn Ferry’s Retail and Consumer practice. She leverages a deep analytical perspective on the consumer and retail industries to guide clients through periods of transformation and growth.
At Korn Ferry, she focuses on senior-level consulting assignments for clients across all retail and digital formats including specialty, fashion, mass, luxury, and lifestyle brands. With a distinct focus on brand, product and consumer driven retailing, she has advised on CEO, president, senior merchandising, product development, design, and creative talent solutions. Understanding the unique needs of each client, she shares her expertise in talent acquisition, assessment, coaching, development planning and structural organization, to prepare inclusive and diverse top talent for modern retailing demands.
Prior to her career in executive talent and leadership consulting, Bridget was a lead retail equity research analyst for JPMorgan, Bear Stearns, and Morningstar, and also devised and taught Career Development Programs for various universities. She is a recognized retail industry authority with multiple media appearances including CNBC's Squawk Box, BNN, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Reuters.
Bridget holds a BSc in pre-professional science and psychology from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in education from Northwestern University, a Doctorate of Education from Loyola University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
