Brittney Stroman is a Managing Consultant within Korn Ferry’s Professional Search practice, specializing in talent strategies for Management Consulting, Advisory and Professional Services organizations. 

With over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, Brittney has partnered extensively with top-tier consulting organizations to design and execute leadership search strategies that enable growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. Her work spans engagements with firms recognized for their impact in management, strategy, and operational excellence, giving her a nuanced understanding of the consulting ecosystem and its unique talent demands.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brittney served as Head of Talent Acquisition for a boutique management consulting firm, where she scaled high-performing teams and advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives. She also founded Scale Squared, an advisory platform supporting high-growth startups with leadership solutions, partnering closely with Boards, Founders, and Investors to build teams capable of driving rapid transformation. 

Her career includes leadership roles across global and boutique search firms, as well as founding her own recruiting practice. Brittney’s expertise lies in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, elevating candidate experience, and strengthening employer brands for complex professional services organizations.

She earned a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and two children. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Brittney is an active community volunteer and enjoys supporting her children’s athletic pursuits.
