Brook joined Lucas Group’s SC&O practice group in 2006. As Executive Senior Partner, Brook works with high-level manufacturing talent and the industry’s leading employers to form strategic partnerships, thus impacting operations and organizations’ bottom lines. Driven and inquisitive, he spends time understanding his clients’ needs in order to source the best candidates for each position. Likewise, Brook works to uncover his candidates’ true motivations and passions to ensure he recommends positions that highlight their skills and strengths. By managing expectations and being transparent, Brook forms strong connections with his clients and candidates that are built on mutual respect and trust, leading to long-term relationships that last throughout entire careers.

Prior to Lucas Group, Brook spent four years with a boutique IT search firm. During this time, he honed and perfected his recruiting practice and was eventually promoted to the Atlanta area where he found his professional home at Lucas Group. Brook’s career history together with his unwavering desire to find the right person for each position have allowed him to thrive in his role at Lucas Group.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Communications, Brook continues to cheer for the Spartans and Detroit professional sports teams while giving an obligatory nod to the teams in his adopted hometown of Atlanta.
