With his diverse functional background and long history as a hiring manager, Bruce supports the Managing Director’s team with Business Development and Engagement Oversight for Engineered Product Manufacturing clients. He has a strong understanding of enterprise cross-functional business processes and the kinds of human capital required to move them forward, quickly becoming a “Trusted Advisor” with clients.

Bruce has deep competencies and experience in new Product Development, Technical Leadership, and Digital and Operational Transformations.  

Bruce has over 40 years of manufacturing company experience as a “Strategic Problem Solver,” mostly in automotive Tier 1, and has had a wide range of  assignments requiring transformative leadership. His  executive leadership roles include Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Operations/Supply Chain and Information Technology.

Before joining Patina, Bruce held roles as a Chief Engineer at General Motors, a Director of Engineering at Carrier and has worked as a Specialist Leader at a global consulting firm.

Bruce has an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Purdue University and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University. He is also Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.
