Joining Lucas Group in 2001 as a recruiter in the firm’s Military Transition Division, Carl honed his recruitment skills while engaging his past experience as both a Naval officer and a successful businessman. In 2009 Carl moved to the Finance & Accounting Division and was tapped to lead the F&A team in the Washington office. In doing so he quickly established himself within the market as an astute and consultative hiring partner, as well as a trusted resource in helping clients successfully meet their diversity recruitment needs.

Now, in his role as Executive Senior Partner, Carl is dedicated to ensuring that both he and his F&A recruiting teammates collaboratively work to deliver premier talent solutions. From Financial Analysts to Senior Vice Presidents and CFOs, Carl is connected to the region’s most accomplished audit, tax, and corporate finance professionals. He expertly serves a variety of industries and corporate entities, including not-for-profit organizations, private equity firms, defense contractors, and law firms.

Carl brings a number of knowledgeable solutions to bear when tackling client hiring needs. He engages those same discerning skills in his personal life, where he is committed to excellence on behalf of his wife and two sons and is an enthusiast of both jazz and basketball. Carl holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Towson University and is a former US Naval officer.
