Mr. Ferro has deep experience in counselling our clients in issues related to total reward strategy, organization analysis, development of job structures, short term incentives programs, carrier paths, using the work measurement methodology and developing reward studies such as sales force effectiveness and club surveys.
He has solid understanding in job analysis, job evaluation working mainly in sectors pharmaceutical, consumer goods, auto-parts, retail, chemical industry, infrastructure, civil construction and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Ferro worked for Alcan Inco S.A. in the maintenance and management of the company's job and compensation structure.
Mr. Ferro graduated in systems analysis from Universidade de Guarulhos, holds a post graduate degree in business administration from Fundacao Armando alvares Penteado (FAAP) and a master's of business administration from Fundacao Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Mr. Ferro is fluent in Portuguese and English.
