As a facilitator with Korn Ferry, Carmen Urquiza helps organizations thrive by developing and delivering solutions that promote individual and team performance and support sustainable culture change.

Ms. Urquiza has extensive experience working with clients as a leadership and diversity and inclusion facilitator. Her participant-centered approach to development helps learners reflect, understand, and apply learning concepts as they work toward their desired goals. 

Ms. Urquiza leverages two decades of experience in large corporate environments, with many years in the automotive and medical industries, as well as in the non-profit sector. Her robust business background and hands-on experience as a leader enable her to connect with learners by sharing best practices in effective leadership.

She is passionate about helping people change their professional lives by learning and adopting effective behaviors. In her career, Ms. Urquiza has positively impacted thousands of individuals in their quest to achieve their full potential including leaders and professionals within business resource groups seeking career development, and individualized coaching sessions.  

Ms. Urquiza earned her Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Management at the University of LaVerne, Irvine, CA. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Within her community, she has led a mentoring program and continues to mentor future leaders. She is fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.
