Caroline Hudson is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s consulting practice, working with clients to design innovative organisation strategies to meet their talent needs for performance and future growth.

Caroline is the former Group Chief Workforce and Organisation Development Officer for SEHA, the UAEs largest healthcare provider and a leader of the UAE’s covid response.   Her passion for the transformation of healthcare drives a focus on strategies that will meet this sector’s unique challenges.

Prior to gaining experience in the UAE, Caroline held executive leadership roles in some of Australia’s leading organisations including Wesfarmers, Australia’s largest listed, industrial conglomerate, along with major public and private healthcare organisations.   Her passion has been globally and nationally recognised for transforming complex organisations, cultures and practice, through a focus on people strategies that ensure the creation of high performing, sustainable businesses for the future.

She holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in HR and Industrial Relations, a post graduate qualification in Leadership from the University of Western Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course qualification.  Caroline has been a Board Director (NED and ED) for Health, Aged-Care and Education businesses.
