Managing Director, Minnesota, HR Interim
As managing director of the Minnesota HR Interim Team, Carrie leads our HR business development directors to create meaningful experiences for our consultants and clients. Carrie is also a member of Korn Ferry’s Colleague Advisory Council.
Before Carrie joined Salo in 2022, she owned an executive coaching/leadership development business for nearly 12 years. Carrie’s earlier roles include director of organizational development for North America at CWT, director of training and development at Ryan Companies, and various training and business development roles at Best Buy.
Carrie is passionate about social justice and helping people thrive. She serves on the board for Solid Ground, a not-for-profit organization that helps families emerge from homelessness, is a mentor with Menttium, a corporate mentorship program, and serves on the Minneapolis Vision 2035 Committee.
Carrie holds a degree in Education from the University of Minnesota. She lives in Dellwood, MN with her husband and two daughters.
