Ms. Belter works closely with clients to develop solutions that meet their various and unique HR challenges. She is skilled at providing logical, pragmatic support and solutions on a variety of projects.

Ms. Belter helps clients with talent development and assessment through the design, implementation, and facilitation of development programs and application of a variety of assessment tools. She also uses behavioral competency assessment, model development, and development of supporting tools. She also provides reward services including job evaluation, market data analysis and salary structure design – as well as supporting clients on the use of Korn Ferry's methodology. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Belter worked directly in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, delivering results for a variety of organizations. She has held a number of progressively more senior roles including ten years in a direct leadership role with responsibility for teams ranging from 5-150 people.

Ms. Belter holds a bachelor’s of business administration with distinction from the University of Regina, majoring in human resources. She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association and holds her Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
