Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Winter was a senior consultant for PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry company.
Ms. Winter earned her bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota, and masters degree in counseling psychology from the University of St. Thomas.
