Chelsea enjoys working with clients across industries, and has experience with pharma, healthcare, retail, utilities, oil and gas, high-tech, financial tech, financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, and higher education.

As a certified practitioner of change-enabled PMO, Chelsea brings a change management lens to the work she leads and a keen focus on achieving client objectives. Her adaptable, growth-oriented and interpersonal style enable her to pivot when needed and guide clients through complex and evolving change.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked at a global HR consulting firm as a Talent and Change Consultant. Before that, she worked at a boutique RPO and HR Consulting firm where she partnered one-on-one with the CHRO to design, create, facilitate and market a leadership development program.

Chelsea’s educational background is in Industrial/ Organization Psychology – she completed her doctoral coursework at the University of Georgia. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in human development, also from the University of Georgia.
