He has over 20 years of experience in talent management, job analysis and design, and career development and has led targeted and cross-enterprise initiatives for organizations in a broad range of industries.

As a functional leader and as a consultant, Chris has designed and implemented job and career architectures and related skills development programs for a variety of organizations.

Chris held both corporate and consulting leadership roles prior to joining Korn Ferry, most recently serving as the Selection and Assessment leader for PNC Financial Services.

In addition to working extensively in financial services, Chris has broad industry experience, including advising clients in the healthcare, technology, and professional services sectors.

Chris has also held leadership roles in the HR Technology space, overseeing professional service, software implementation, customer support and product development functions.

Chris holds a BA from Duke University with a major in Public Policy Studies, and an MBA and MPP (Master of Public Policy) from the University of Michigan.  Chris also holds a GPHR (Global Professional in HR) certification from HRCI.
