Chris Huber is a client partner for Korn Ferry, based in Dallas, with a focus on leadership effectiveness and helping people better under-stand themselves, their behaviors, and the impact they are having on others to achieve better results.

Mr. Huber is a master-facilitator, executive coach, and works with intact leadership teams to enhance their performance.

Chris coaches leaders to build self-awareness and understanding of their strengths and potential risk areas through the insightful interpretation of diagnostic assessments, facilitated programs, and one-on-one coaching. 

He works with in-tac leadership teams to help them function more effectively as a true team and gain alignment with their key priorities that drive performance. 

Mr. Huber advises organizations on talent management strategies so they can make more informed talent decisions and improve organizational structures and processes. He supports organizations to identify and articulate critical success behaviors (competencies) and integrate them across talent management processes and systems to drive change that align with their mission, vision and desired culture, while enabling leaders to engage and empower their people along the way.

Chris helps employees understand their roles and what is required to progress through structured career ladders that are unique for their organization.

Mr. Huber earned his MBA with a concentration in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, a BS in Psychology and Retail Management from Santa Clara University, and a certificate in Training and Human Resource Development from the University of California, Berkeley.
