Having lived and worked across Europe and the USA, Ciara has recruited across all sectors concluding searches for multiple functions at Executive level.  She has in-depth knowledge of working with US Corporations, SME’s, and Private Equity Organisations and has a very strong understanding of the Industrial Sector leading local and global searches for her clients.  Ciara holds a dual role in Korn Ferry and is a key member of the EMEA Supply Chain & Operations Practice.  Ciara works to deliver exceptional quality and client experience utilising her diverse background to add value throughout the process.

Ciara has over 18 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, recruitment and executive search both in corporate and boutique environments.

Her earlier career was in procurement working as a buyer with Flextronics, before moving to Apple as a procurement consultant implementing SOX across Europe. She then joined a global recruitment firm’s Procurement & Supply Chain Practice focusing on senior procurement positions across all sectors. She subsequently ran their Engineering & Manufacturing Practice, focusing on senior Quality, Engineering, Project and Manufacturing positions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ciara ​worked with a European boutique search firm initially as a Principal covering the Industrial Sector across EMEA and most recently as Regional Director where she established their first US office in Los Angeles.

Ciara has a BA in Business Administration & Management, a BA in Procurement & Supply Management and is a member of the Irish Institute of Purchasing & Materials Management (IIPMM).
