He is a proven relationship builder that has a knack for understanding strategies and culture in order to find the talent to fit the client’s need. Clayton has worked with start-up portfolio groups, Private equity, family offices, and Large multi-national public companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Clayton perfected his craft for 17 years with a boutique executive search firm focused on companies within domestic energy production space.

Clayton attended the University of North Texas where he pursued a BS degree in Finance.
