Senior Client Partner, ESG & Organizational Strategy
For the past 30+ years Clive has worked with industrials, life sciences, transport and defence businesses - based in the UK, EMEA and the Americas - to develop their organizations, transform their cultures, enhance their people performance and aid in broader ESG initiatives.
Within these markets, Clive has led numerous operating model reviews, organization strategic planning and organization design efforts. He has helped plan and facilitate business change transitions and large-scale organization culture transformation initiatives.
Clive has also led leadership assessment and development projects, has facilitated leadership team development programs and provided individual coaching to executives.
Clive’s professional expertise spans organization strategy & design, business culture change, leadership development, enterprise learning and talent management. He has held global HR leadership roles in the Life Sciences and Telco industries.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Clive was a Director in Organization Transformation at Deloitte, and held a similar role at PA Consulting before that.
Clive holds a masters degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in HR Management from the University of Cape Town. He is a Chartered Industrial & Organizational Psychologist and certified Level A & B Psychometrist. Clive has also completed executive education programs at IMD Lausanne and Harvard Business School.
