With over 15 years experience, he is an organisational psychologist that desires to make a tangible difference to people and organisations. His focus has included work at the individual, team and whole-of-organisation level.
Dr. Couzin-Wood has previously held consulting and line roles in the private and public sector.
His time in the government sector and as a line manager helps him to understand the unique challenges faced by leaders and those working in complex, changing organisations.
Working across the entire human capital lifecycle, Dr. Couzin-Wood has experience in talent: acquisition, management, development, alignment, succession and transition.
Colin has a Doctorate of Organisational Psychology and Bachelor of Arts/Science (Honours) from Monash University.
He holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has a foundation certification in PRINCE2. He is also accredited in a range of psychometric tools for talent attraction and talent management.
Colin is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency; and a member of the Australian Psychological Society College of Organisational Psychologists.
