Senior Client Partner, Global Private Wealth Management

As a senior member of the Investment Management practice, Conor co-ordinates our Global Wealth Management sector, where he leads assignments with wealth management and private banking divisions of universal banks and brokerage firms, boutique wealth managers, trust companies, single and multi-family offices, RIAs, private endowments, and foundations and WealthTechs. Additionally, he works with private equity firms in sourcing and assessing leadership talent for their wealth management portfolio investments. His focus spans the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

Assignments include CEO, CIO, COO, CFO, as well as critical roles in Country/Regional Sales Leadership, Investments and Solutions, Marketing, Operations, Wealth Planning, Banking, Lending, and Family Office Services. He also partners with single family offices, both established and evolving, to hire critical talent who can navigate complex founder and family dynamics, as well as structuring their office for success.

Further, Conor strategizes with clients on broader organizational solutions, including Assessment & Succession Planning, Leadership & Professional Development, Organization Strategy, Total Rewards, Business Transformation, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Sales Effectiveness.

Previously, Conor ran his own executive search boutique in the Cayman Islands covering the U.S. UHNW wealth management market. Additionally, he was a Partner in a leading search boutique in New York focusing on the buy side in North and Latin America, as well as a consultant at a leading search boutique in London where he focused on the sell side in EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

Conor was also a senior executive in the human resources function at UBS Wealth Management where he was Co-Global Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role he was a member of the Americas Human Resources Executive Committee in New York, and the Global Talent and Recruiting Executive Committee in Zurich. He commenced his career at State Street in Boston on the graduate program before transferring to their London office.

Conor is also the local Financial Services practice head in Ireland. Here, he focusses on search and succession planning activity for Executive, Non-Executive and functional roles in Banking & Markets, Asset Management, Alternatives, Custody, Insurance and FinTech, as well as other European Union entity leadership in the bloc (Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and Luxembourg).

Conor graduated from University College Cork where he earned a BSc in Finance as is a citizen of both Ireland and the United States.
