Senior Client Partner, Global Private Wealth Management

Conor co-ordinates our Global Private Wealth Management sector, where he leads relationships with wealth management and private banking divisions of universal banks and brokerage firms, boutique wealth managers, trust companies, single and multi-family offices, RIAs, private endowments and foundations, and WealthTechs. Additionally, he works with private equity firms in sourcing and assessing leadership talent for their wealth management portfolio investments. 

Assignments include functional C-Suite, Non-Executive, and Senior Leadership, as well as critical roles in Country/Regional Sales Management, Investments & Solutions, the CIO office, Operations, Digital, ESG, Marketing, & Communications, Wealth/T&E Planning, Banking & Structured Lending, and Family Office Services. Conor's experience from a wealth management perspective is unique, having spent a decade in each of the U.S. and International talent markets, including Switzerland.

Further, Conor strategizes with clients on broader organizational solutions, including Assessment & Succession Planning, Leadership & Professional Development, Organization Strategy, Total Rewards, Business Transformation, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sales Effectiveness, and Project Recruiting/RPO.

Previously, Conor ran his own executive search boutique in the Cayman Islands covering the U.S. UHNW wealth management market. Additionally, he was a Partner in a leading search boutique in New York focusing on the buy side in North and Latin America, as well as a consultant at a leading search boutique in London where he focused on the sell side in EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

Conor was also a senior executive in the human capital function at UBS Wealth Management where he was Co-Global Head of Executive & Professional Talent Acquisition. In this role he was a member of the Americas Human Resources Executive Committee in New York, and the Global Talent and Recruiting Executive Committee in Zurich. He commenced his career at State Street in Boston on the graduate program before transferring to their London office.

Conor graduated from University College Cork where he earned a BSc in Finance as is a citizen of both Ireland and the United States.
