Dane brings an extensive personal and professional network of experienced executives across multiple industries and roles built over a 40- year career. He has a passion for matching them with opportunities to help his clients succeed. He does this with a sense of urgency to match the needs of his Private Equity clients to quickly deliver on their value propositions.

Dane’s career has been spent in senior sales, sales leadership and business development roles at companies with a strong history of excellence including IBM, Gartner and a Big Four accounting firm. He has served clients and customers across multiple industries, business models and sizes from start-ups through Fortune 500 companies.

Dane is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Business Administration. He has served as Director of Alumni Relations for the Alpha Tau Omega, Gamma Zeta Chapter fraternity, and on the Boards of the Wheaton High School Alumni Association and the Wheaton Wings Soccer Club. Dane is an avid cyclist and multiple-time age group Illinois State Champion.
