With over 20 years of experience in consulting services and staffing, Daniel is responsible for driving growth and business development as a Principal on our Professional Search and Interim team. His expertise lies in expanding our presence within the technology clients/prospects, offering our full suite of services.

Daniel has been instrumental in driving the growth and strategic direction of sales teams, recruiting methodologies, and branch office operations throughout his career. He has a proven track record of establishing and nurturing client relationships with a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500 giants to small and mid-size businesses. His unique value drivers include his extensive experience in the industry, his strategic approach to client relationships, and his ability to drive growth and success in various roles within the staffing and consulting sector.

Having worked for a global leader in IT talent solutions and the largest privately held staffing company in the United States for over a decade, Daniel brings a wealth of experience in providing talent management solutions to his customers. His ability to drive business development and recruit high-performance professionals enables clients to quickly assemble teams and stay competitive in a rapidly changing marketplace.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Daniel held key roles in a leading professional services company, where he was a market leader and eventually transitioned to play a vital role in integrating digital transformation service offerings into new and existing clients. He also served as Director of Operations and Business Development for a startup IT staffing and services company in Denver, overseeing the company's strategy and operations.

Daniel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and is a proud Colorado native residing in Denver, CO.
