David has 15 years of career counseling and coaching experience. He works with diverse clientele ranging from millennials to C-suite professionals in various disciplines and industries on issues ranging from self-assessment to job search strategies. He has a strong history of helping his clients find new—or leverage existing—work, resulting in greater fulfillment, meaning and purpose.
David joined Korn Ferry Advance in 2018. He has a background in education and entertainment, and as a career changer himself, brings empathy along with a results-driven philosophy to his work as a coach, counselor, advisor, speaker, and facilitator. His areas of expertise include career transition, career development, succession planning, leadership, and organizational development.
David received an Executive Masters Degree in Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC), in addition to a Masters Degree in Education from USC and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Boston University. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with PCC credentialing. In addition to being MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Certified, he also achieved a certification in Career Planning and Talent Management from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and has significant working knowledge of Strengths Finder, Emotional Intelligence and the Strong Interest Inventory.
