David Gudanowski, Ph.D.
Mr. Gudanowski brings twenty years of experience as a talent management consultant and business leader in the areas of succession and talent management, competency modeling, leadership assessment and development, and executive coaching.
Mr. Gudanowski specializes in the design and implementation of pragmatic customized succession management programs that align with organizational strategies. He is an expert and thought leader in multinational assessment design and implementation, tailored for global and local cultural needs. He enjoys the opportunities to then engage in the delivery of these programs as a facilitator and executive coach.
Mr. Gudanowski has experience working with clients and organizations in a variety of industries including life sciences, oil and gas, telecommunications, energy and utilities, financial services, and industrial goods and services.
Previously, Mr. Gudanowski was an human resource business partner for Lincoln National Life Insurance and with Oakland County Personnel Department in the United States.
Mr. Gudanowski earned his master's and doctoral degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from Central Michigan University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology.
