Known as a connector, Dawn builds genuine relationships and connections with business leaders, consultants, and the community. As an HR Business Development Director at Salo, a Korn Ferry company, she is a trusted partner to both clients and consultants. She loves that every day she gets to bring together experienced human resources consultants and clients to solve business needs through interim and project-based consulting support.

Dawn joined Salo, a Korn Ferry company in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in HR spending much of that time in talent and learning and development, two of her passions. She holds a degree in Social Work from St. Olaf College.

Dawn lives in Eagan, Minnesota with her husband and two daughters. You will find her enjoying their cabin up north on most weekends.
