Senior Partner, CEO & Executive Development

Dee Gaeddert is a Senior Partner for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's Minneapolis office.

Dee Gaeddert is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and psychologist. She is also a member of the leadership team for the CEO and C-Suite Succession practice. Her work focuses on developing executives and accelerating their readiness for effective transition into larger roles.

Previously, Ms. Gaeddert was managing director, North America for Korn Ferry's Leadership and Talent Consulting practice, as well as president of Lominger International, and chief operating officer of LeaderSource, both Korn Ferry companies. She has also lead Korn Ferry's talent management function and served as the global leader for onboarding. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as the president and cofounder of QI International.

Ms. Gaeddert has been an adjunct professor for the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota. She also coauthored the book Quality on Trial, and was a practice leader with Personnel Decisions International (PDI).

Ms. Gaeddert holds a Ph.D in psychology from the University of Minnesota.
