Based in Zurich, Delphine is a Senior Principal with the Organization Strategy team. She helps Korn Ferry’s clients unlock their full potential by aligning strategic ambition, organization structure and their people’s potential.
Delphine thrive on helping organizations create value on their transformation journey through the development of their people. She is also acknowledged for her strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Delphine worked for 10+ years with the strategy & transformation team of a leading advisory firm. She specialized in leading business strategy and target operating model design projects as well as transformation programs. She focuses on the Pharma & Life Sciences industry.
Delphine is a former student of Sciences Po Paris and HSG / University of St. Gallen and holds a master in Finance & Strategy. She is also a Certified Professional Coach (International Coaching Institute of Geneva).
