Through her facilitation and coaching, Diana excels at connecting with and inspiring leaders, fostering environments where they can achieve their highest potential. She helps leaders apply what they are learning to their real-world challenges, driving sustained behavior change. Diana is known for creating engaging and interactive learning environments that foster participation and collaboration. She routinely receives outstanding feedback around high program engagement as well as key learning implementation. 

Diana has partnered with organizations across various industries, including technology, healthcare, energy, financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and retail.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Diana served as the director of educational services at a leading advisory firm, where she developed and managed both core and customized content solutions. Responsibilities included consulting, facilitation, and project management services, as well as managing a network of over 100 external facilitators.

Diana holds a master’s degree in human resources/organization development from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from California State University – Chico. Additionally, she holds an executive coach certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and is a certified practitioner of KF assessments (KFLS, KF360, Leadership Potential, Learning Agility, and Emotional Intelligence).
