Senior Client Partner

Diane is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Advisory business.

In addition to expertise in the Consumer sector, her areas of focus include leadership and high-potential development, career management, diversity/equity/inclusion and executive coaching.

Diane has held senior level roles in business development, key account management and consulting. Prior to Korn Ferry, she served as a regional practice leader in Right Management’s Career Management division where she led teams of career coaches, consultants, business development professionals and worked with clients on career transition and career pathing solutions. While at Right, she led the sales and delivery teams through organizational transformation that included solutions redesign, strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategies. Most recently, Diane was head of business development at Hudson Institute of Coaching, overseeing growth of Hudson’s Corporate Services and was executive sponsor for key accounts.

Diane partners with clients to drive increased performance and growth through developing leaders at all levels, talent planning, career management and executive coaching.

Diane holds a B.S. in hotel, restaurant and travel administration from the University of Massachusetts and an M.Ed. From Lesley University. She obtained her executive coaching certification through Hudson Institute of Coaching.
