Her enthusiasm and candidness allows her to engage her clients throughout the entire recruiting process. She listens intently, asking those hard questions and pays attention to the details often overlooked. Her transparency and concern for the “fit” in a position is a driving force for her to find the best candidate in the market for her clients resulting in placements that run the test of time.

Dianne worked in the accounting profession in her early career and before transitioning to the recruiting world she was a Controller for a publicly traded E&P company.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dianne owned and operated a boutique Executive Search firm specializing in placing mid-market Controllers and their accounting & finance teams under the Controller’s umbrella. 

Active in the Houston Chapter of the CPA Society for many years, Dianne served as Chair and Vice Chair on numerous committees and later served on the CPA Society Board for three years.  She received numerous awards including Special Recognition Award, Most Creative CPA and Outstanding CPA of the Year.

When she’s not recruiting, Dianne redirects her passion toward cooking, entertaining, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Dianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Houston Christian University (formally Houston Baptist University) where she graduated Cum Laude.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
