Dima is a highly accomplished professional with over 15 years of international experience specializing in change deployment, strategy implementation, customer experience and culture change.
She managed a dozen of transformation projects in the healthcare, oil and gas, utilities, UN agencies, NGOs, aviation, and customs in both private and government sectors in 6 countries- Canada, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Egypt and Lebanon.
Dima is also an ex-university instructor and a corporate trainer, imparting knowledge and skills to approximately 1850 individuals around the world in leadership, communication, and change management. She was also invited as a guest speaker with ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals) - Ontario Chapter, to share valuable insights and experiences with fellow professionals on change management.
Her passion for education and training was recognized, as she was honored with an award for Excellent Contribution, Dedication, and Hard Work for executing Staff and Leadership Development Programs at the prestigious King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh, KSA. She is a Certified International Change Manager, licensed Prosci Change Management Practitioner, accredited AIM Change Management Methodology and holds a Master of Sciences in Management. She is fluent in Arabic, English & French.
