Senior Client Partner, Global Account Lead, Financial Services

Doug is a Senior Client Partner and Global Account Lead for Korn Ferry marquee accounts. He has over 25 years running operations and driving key account development programs.

Prior to GE, Doug led marketing, business development, product strategy, and partners & alliances for a $400M digital business at GE Transportation focused on optimization and day-of-operations systems for freight transportation.

Doug was head of PwC’s U.S. Client Relationship network with over 200 account relationship directors driving >$4B in revenue.  In that role, he drove changes in hiring, on-boarding, diversity, comp, account assignment, industry alignment, and talent development leading to YOY revenue increases double the market and PwC’s overall growth.

Doug brings operational and consulting experience across digital transformation, organizational development, risk and compliance, enterprise systems and supply chain management. He has had line management and leadership roles in sales, product development, engineering, procurement, manufacturing operations, marketing and market research, and bus dev/strategy.

Doug holds a bachelors degree in Human Biology/Health Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
