With a love for finding the best talent, Eleanor started with Lucas Group in December 2021. She brings over 10 years of sales experience. Eleanor enjoys creating strong relationships with clients to ensure the very best placements are made for all parties involved. She works hard to put the needs clients and candidates first.

Her desire to excel in sales began in retail where she worked her way up from a sales associate to a merchandise supervisor. From there, Eleanor moved into nursing and caregiver recruiting working for a leading healthcare staffing firm. After just 15 months, she moved into a sales role where she was the top sales person for six consecutive months.

Eleanor currently lives in Carmel, IN with her five-year-old Staffordshire terrier, Milly. When she’s not working, you might find her hiking one of our incredible national parks or visiting family on the east coast.
