Given her background in Investment Banking, she focuses a majority of her time partnering with Private Equity firms, family offices, and Venture Capital firms to support at both the fund and portfolio company level.

Ellen joined Korn Ferry’s Interim Finance and Accounting team in 2021. Prior to that, she spent three years within strategy and operations for a public healthcare technology company, responsible for enterprise workforce planning and overseeing the creation of a new call center. She started her career in Investment Banking, focused on both buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions in the middle market. She specialized in manufacturing companies and enjoyed working with many multigenerational family businesses seeking institutional capital for the first time.

Ellen holds a Finance degree from Lake Forest College where she also played soccer. She lives in Shorewood, IL with her husband, son, and dog.
