Ellen is a customer-focused, results-oriented executive who brings line management and start-up experience in learning and development outsourcing to her role as Global Head of Delivery for Korn Ferry’s L&D Outsourcing practice. 

Ellen is an exceptional leader and coach who is passionate about creating humane workplace climates where people learn, grow, and excel, and through which organizations thrive. She has 30 years of experience building business and competency-focused talent development solutions for leaders at all levels in large global companies. Her most recent work has focused on High Potential development and solutions to support leaders’ capabilities to lead in the digital age and drive results in today’s fast-paced, uncertain world.

Through her tenure as a Client Success Executive in Korn Ferry’s Digital business, Ellen has supported the successful implementation and adoption of digital platforms that increase the scalability and democratization of enterprise-wide talent development.

Ellen has broad industry experience having served clients in Consumer Products, Financial Services, High Tech, Insurance, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Professional Services, and Retail.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Ellen founded a successful leadership development and executive coaching practice, was VP of Curriculum Design at UC Berkeley’s Center for Executive Education, held Chief People Officer, EVP of Global Delivery, and SVP/Division Manager positions at a professional services firm, and was VP of Learning and Development at a regional bank in the US.

Ellen has an MBA from Stanford University, a BA from Williams College, and a coaching certification through the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Ellen has lived and worked in the UK, and has global experience working with clients in Singapore, China, Australia, Germany, and France.
