Eric came to Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry company in 2016 in the Accounting & Finance practice group. Specializing primarily in Contract Solutions, he places high-performing accounting and finance professionals in a wide range of positions within mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations. With a desire to help better the lives of his candidates, Eric strives to build solid connections and uncover their true motivations in order to find a professional home for them where they can thrive. Loyal and transparent, Eric operates with a high sense of integrity and always has his candidates’ best interests in mind.

Before joining Lucas Group, Eric spent a year with The Judge Group, where he worked in the company’s healthcare vertical. During this time, he worked a full desk, handling both the candidate and client sides of the recruiting process. Prior to recruiting, Eric worked in various sales roles and was often the top salesperson in his department, exceeding expectations and consistently meeting goals. His background in sales together with his experience in recruiting are the perfect combination, allowing him to succeed at Lucas Group.

Adventurous and competitive, Eric enjoys driving cars and went to professional racing school to obtain his professional racing license. A former varsity soccer player in college, he competed abroad with the team and still enjoys the sport to this day. Eric holds a B.A. in Business from Rhodes College.
