He has over 25 years of progressive experience in both HR and Total Rewards gained in leading logistics, FMCG, pharmaceutical and dairy companies. In these roles, he has been involved in several change processes such as restructuring programs, mergers, acquisitions, cost saving programs, process improvement and professionalization programs. 

Erik-Jan joined us from a leading global dairy  company, where he lastly held the position of Global Head of Rewards for more 12,5 years which he set up from basic to benchmarkable level. In this position, his responsibilities spanned across the company's Total Rewards portfolio.

He lives in Amersfoort (The Netherlands), is married and has two sons. Erik-Jan likes sports such as running, cycling, hiking and skiing.

Erik-Jan holds a MSc degree in Human Resources Management from Tilburg University as well as several professional designations in the area of Total Rewards (World at Work) and Talent Management (Talent Management Institute).
