Erlend works with executives and HR to develop solutions to drive business outcomes.

Erlend has been involved in creating reward strategy frameworks to help channel organisations towards achieving their missions

Erlend has extensive knowledge about all rewards related issues such as job evaluations, job architectures, executive compensation, and  short- and long-term incentives programs. He works with executives decoding their strategies into remuneration policies and structures.

Mr Langørgen has advised  organisations within both public and private sector for 15 years, also with other leading advisory firms, before joining Korn Ferry.

Erlend holds a Bsc from Trondheim College of Economy.

He has since 2015 been working from Stockholm with another advisory firm, before relocating to Oslo to join Korn Ferry.

Prior to his advisory career, Erlend has worked with an insurance company for 13 years.

Erlend masters all Scandinavian languages and English fluently.
