Fabian has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by organizations from a Human Capital perspective.

He has successfully led Transformation interventions that consider several Human Capital Management processes with tangible results.

He has extensive knowledge about the functioning and culture of Mexican companies but has also worked on projects for multinational companies helping them to define the human capital management processes that will allow them to achieve their strategy through people. His experience is focused on the Consumer, Energy, Mining and Public Sectors.

Fabian has 25 years of experience in Human Resources, 15 of which he has focused, through consulting, on helping organizations implement their organizational strategies through comprehensive human capital management.

Fabian has specialized in: Strategic Alignment Processes. Cultural Transformation Projects, Management Team Alignment, Coaching to Managers on their Leadership Styles and the microclimate generated in their work teams and Optimization and alignment of organizational structures to the business strategy.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations with a Master's Degree in Administration from La Salle University and holds a degree in International Business Management from the University of Quebec in Montreal and Algonquin College in Ottawa Canada, as well as a certification in Change Management from Prosci.

He has been a professor at the undergraduate level in subjects related to Human Capital Consulting and lecturer in Human Resources Forums in Mexico and Central America.
