Fiona Landon is a highly accomplished and well-respected executive interim recruiter. Her role is to provide exceptional interim talent to clients seeking a solution to business critical challenges where a permanent hire may not be the immediate right response or delay cannot be tolerated. She is a Managing Consultant in EMEA for Korn Ferry’s Executive Interim practice.

Her success stems from over 25 years of working with senior management and executives in organisations across a wide variety of sectors and jurisdictions. Coupled with her interest in business transformation and how leadership adapts to critical issues, she has gained a reputation of quickly understanding the core skillsets required to fulfil the brief. These attributes enable her to expedite the search and find the right talent at the right time, be it for a senior leadership requirement or a distinct programme of work.

Her main focus lies across industrial markets, including; energy, construction, infrastructure, passenger transport, logistics, mobility, support services, housing, utilities and telecommunications. With functional expertise across all main board chief officers and their first line reports as well as dedicated transformation and programme directors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Fiona has worked for both global and boutique search firms during her 25+ year recruitment career. Prior to this her early career was as a finance business partner to a £250m turnover division of a global telecommunications firm.

She is passionate about improving diversity within the  executive interim sector and founded the Women in Interim group on LinkedIn.

Fiona holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies, majoring in Finance & Accountancy and Marketing, she has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
