Before joining Korn Ferry, Florian was a Partner at a leading global consulting and professional services company for over 19 years.
There, he advised his clients in the Industrial and Life Sciences/MedTech industries and held global account leadership positions.

Florian is passionate about creating client value through innovative, tailored solutions that address the specific challenges and help clients achieve their goals.

His approach comprises of integrated Korn Ferry solutions, distinct focus on people and team development, driving organizational adoption, and realizing business growth opportunities.

Florian holds a diploma in business management and began his professional career in the industry with Airbus, where he worked in commercial project management for international development programs.
