Vice Chair

Frances Prenn is Vice Chair of Korn Ferry UK and is based in the firm’s London office. She is part of the team  leading the Elevate strategy, working to build the one Korn Ferry brand more effectively amongst the boards of UK companies and the public sector.

Frances Prenn is a founding partner of Scott Prenn LLP, a strategic consultancy she founded over twenty five years  ago to increase the impact of charitable giving. Much of Frances’ career has focussed on cultivating and  strengthening transatlantic relationships between charitable and political institutions and philanthropists. She  advises ultra high net worth individuals and family offices in UK, US, Middle East and Europe on their philanthropic  impact and she brings financial and fundraising expertise to her transatlantic clients: from universities, educational  arts, political organisations and campaigns.

Frances served in past Republican Presidential administrations and advised Conservative Party Treasurer’s during  the leadership of two Conservative Prime Ministers. More recently, she was UK senior financial advisor for  Republican Presidential campaigns in 2008, 2012, and for a top Republican Presidential nominee in 2016. She also  advises on UK and European outreach for Republican leaders of the United States Senate and House of  Representatives.

Outside of the political sphere, Frances’ advises global non-profit organisations. Currently, Scott Prenn advises The  McCain Institute on their expanding human rights and next generation leadership programs in the UK and Europe  and Arizona State University Foundation on the establishment of UK foundation. Frances is a Trustee of Rambert  School; Advisor of Apolitical Academy; and Associate Fellow, Royal United Services Institute. Frances previously  served as Chairman of KIDS a national organisation supporting disabled young people, and Trustee of Children in  Crisis, now Street Child.
