Frances Prenn is Vice Chair of Korn Ferry UK and Chair of UK Government and Public Services and is based in the firm’s London office. She leads on The Elevate Series, to support leaders and businesses navigate through difficult waters, providing a safe place to consider and exchange ideas of today’s most pressing business issues.
Frances is founding partner of eponymous Scott Prenn LLP, a strategic consultancy increasing the impact of private and public partnerships. Much of her career has focussed on cultivating and strengthening transatlantic relationships between charitable, arts and public service organisations and philanthropists.
Frances served in a Republican US Presidential administrations and Senior Adviser to the Conservative Treasurers during the leadership of two Conservative Prime Ministers.
Since 2008, she has been UK Adviser to US Republican Presidential candidates and Republican Leadership of the US Senate and House of Representatives.
Frances is a leading Philanthropy Adviser to ultra high net worth individuals, foundations, family offices in UK, US, Middle East and Europe on their philanthropic impact.
Frances currently is a Governor, Rambert School; Adviser, Apolitical Academy; and Associate Fellow, Royal United Services Institute. She served as Chairman of KIDS a national organisation supporting disabled young people, and Trustee, Children in Crisis, now Street Child. Frances provides mentoring and support to young artists, particularly dancers and social entrepreneurs.
