Drawing from his experience as a former NCAA Division II soccer player and team captain, with a Sunshine State Conference win under his belt, Franck transfers the teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills honed on the soccer field into his professional recruitment practice. Academically, he holds a Master's degree in Marketing Research and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from St. Leo University.

Further enriching his profile, Franck also obtained a degree in Foreign Language and Literature from Universite Paris-Est Creteil (UPEC) and is fluent in French and Spanish. Beyond his professional life, he dedicates his time to coaching youth soccer and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
