Within his first year of joining Lucas Group, Franck has risen quickly as a top performer earning a President's Club Award. Franck is dedicated to identifying best-in-class talent for high-impact leadership roles.

As an NCAA Division Il soccer player and team captain, winning the Sunshine State Conference, Franck takes the same teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills that he developed on the field into his search practice.

Franck holds a Master's degree in Marketing Research and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from St. Leo University.

He earned a Foreign Language and Literature Degree from Universite Paris-Est Creteil (UPEC) and speaks fluent French & Spanish. He is coaching youth soccer when he is not recruiting, traveling, and spending time with his family.
