With a strong passion for helping organizations achieve their mission-critical objectives, Frederick emphasizes a strategic approach to collaboration and execution, particularly when partnering with technology leaders. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience working with Fortune 500 companies, where he contributed to successful IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing initiatives.

Frederick received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Alabama and is an active member of the Texas Young Professionals.
