Frederick Bradley is based in our Dallas, TX office, where he specializes in delivering project-based technology and talent solutions for clients across Banking, Private Equity, and PE-backed organizations.

Within these industries, Frederick partners closely with leaders to design and implement technology strategies that drive value creation, optimize performance, and support transformation across portfolio companies.

As part of our Technology Solutions practice, he focuses on building and expanding client relationships, ensuring that every engagement aligns with the strategic and operational goals of each organization. Frederick takes a consultative approach—collaborating with executives to navigate complex technology and digital challenges within high-growth and investment-driven environments.

Before joining the firm, Frederick gained hands-on experience supporting Fortune 500 enterprises through IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud modernization initiatives. This background enables him to bring a practical, results-oriented perspective to his partnerships with financial sponsors and their portfolio leadership teams.

Frederick earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Alabama and is an active member of the Texas Young Professionals and Dallas CASA.
