With over ten years of hands-on HR leadership experience and a diverse background supporting small non-profits all the way to retail giants like Target and Amazon, Garrett brings his love for people to everything he does.

As a Business Development Director supporting the Midwest, Garrett is known for earning trust with clients and consultants, landing and expanding key accounts, and becoming a strategic talent partner that will do anything to help organizations thrive.

Garrett earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Minnesota State – Mankato. His passion lies in Industrial Organizational Psychology & Positive Psychology. He lives in Saint Michael, MN with his wife April and three children: Eva, Abram and Margaret.
