Georgina Murray works in Leadership and Professional Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, working with clients to design and deliver impactful development solutions. She combines her expertise in leadership and professional development, assessments, coaching, with a background in work measurement to move people forward. She is valued as an advisor for her collaborative approach, positive energy, and problem-solving abilities.
Georgina works in international environments with diverse groups. She empowers clients by designing and facilitating Leadership Development programs and providing individual and group coaching as well as feedback on psychometric assessments. Georgina approaches clients with an open attitude and creates a safe learning environment for participants to experiment and grow. She uses her results drive, social awareness, inquisitiveness and passion for developing herself and others to deliver results. She works with groups across all levels of leadership, typically working on year-long learning journeys which include a mix of development interventions.
Having worked at Korn Ferry (Hay Group) since 2013, she has gained experience in multiple solution areas across a broad range of clients and industries. She started her career with Korn Ferry in the Johannesburg, South Africa office and moved to Amsterdam in 2018. From the South Africa office, she delivered to clients across the continent, including Nigeria, Kenya, DRC, and Guinea Conakry. In the Netherlands, her experience and expertise has shifted to Leadership Development, Assessments and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She continues to work locally in the Netherlands as well as with international clients across the globe.
Georgina’s expertise lie in leadership and talent, working with clients to unlock their potential and develop talent. She is passionate about helping people discover and realize their full potential – both now and in the future.
Ms. Murray earned both her Post Graduate Diploma in Management (2012) and Bachelor’s degree in Politic, Economics and Philosophy (2011) from the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
Within Korn Ferry she is accredited to use a variety of methodologies and diagnostics in the field of competency management and assessment such as, KF4D, Behavioral Event Interviewing, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Assessment for Leadership Potential. She is accredited in a wide range of Leadership Development workshops, including Leadership Accelerators; Your Leadership Experience, Leadership Development Series, Innovation Accelerator, Diversity & Inclusion and Emotional Intelligence. She coaches individuals in their professional development and is experienced in facilitating individuals and group feedback and coaching sessions for development purposes.
