Mr. Nicolas specializes in the financial sector, in which he has worked in transformation projects for the development of global talent models, capacity planning, and the identification of future critical skills in global companies.
Mr. Nicolas has led several large-scale organizational transformation projects in Latin America, USA, Turkey, and Europe, in several industrial sectors including fast moving consumer goods, oil and gas, financial services, and life sciences.
Mr. Nicolas' combines his management expertise in several international firms with a wide experience into the consultancy field, specially in organizational change, leadership development, and senior leadership teams effectiveness.
Mr. Nicolas' areas of expertise include strategy execution, job evaluation and measurement, workforce planning and sizing, executive search, employee engagement and culture, reward, leadership and talent, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, coaching, facilitation, competency modeling, and talent strategy.
Mr. Nicolas is also an associate professor at Instituto de Empresa Business School (Madrid) for coaching and leadership subjects, having published several articles and books about team effectiveness.
Mr. Nicolas holds a degree in law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a masters of business administration from the IESE (Barcelona). He also holds a masters of science in coaching and consulting for change from HEC (Paris) and Oxford University.
Mr. Nicolas is a Spanish native speaker and fluent in English.
